Prior to forming MCG, Management Consultant Group, L.L.C. Paul McGoey was well trained with years of operational management experience from the world-renowned Brennan Family of New Orleans, LA. After years as Operations Manager at Commander's Palace Restaurant, Paul developed and was General Manager of Palace Café, winner of Esquire Magazine's 1991 Best New Restaurant and Restaurant and Institutions Ivy Award. In 1997, Paul was named CEO and Managing Partner for Meals Solutions 1, Foodies Kitchen, a state of the art meals market, food emporium, and Artisan bakery located in New Orleans, Louisiana.
With over twenty years experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial sectors of the foodservice industry, Paul formed MCG, Management Consultant Group, L.L.C. at the request of clients and contacts looking for a full service consulting firm to guide and assist them in maximizing their business potential.
Having worked with over 30 clients as a restaurant business consultant, Paul understands the driven focus necessary to move a business towards a structured, directional path to success.
Paul gets personally involved in all aspects of the consulting project, from initial assessment and conceptual development to strategic operational strategies and implementation.
He is a 1987 graduate of Louisiana State University. Paul is an active member of the Louisiana Restaurant Association and National Restaurant Association and a contributing writer to Industry Magazine.

As Director of our Mystery Shopping division, Stacey possesses an unusual combination of organizational and creative skills. Having over 12 years experience in restaurant operations, she is aptly charged with providing liaison between service representatives and MCG and coordination of communication with clients of MCG. Project administration, scheduling and account management occupy the organizational side of Stacey's responsibilities. She also serves as the content coordinator of our Management Consultant Group website. Stacey is a native New Orleanian, and graduated from Holy Cross College in 1994 in Business Management.

Jeff Young holds a graduate degree in Communications from Nichols State University in addition to over 10 years experience in restaurant management with the Brennan Family of Restaurants in New Orleans, Louisiana. With his accomplishments in improving Service and Operations at Palace Café and Ralph Brennan's Redfish Grill. Jeff joined the team at Management Consultant Group as Vice president of Sales for the Southern Region for our Executive Recruiting and Placement division. Jeff's ability to develop successful Client / Candidate relationships to produce quantitative results for successful local and National concepts through new hire searches, has produced immediate results for MCG. In addition to conducting new Hire searches, Jeff leads our Mystery Shopping Sales team.

Before joining MCG, Management Consultant Group, L.L.C., Bernard Stolberg developed a rich in-depth hospitality background that includes overall hotel operations and strong Food and Beverage expertise. Bernard's career has focused on start-up operations requiring detailed systems for executing and delivering niche hospitality product to countless diverse clientele.
Bernard's interpersonal skills and attention to detail allows him to play two key roles with MCG. Through his start-up experiences and operational direction involving human capital management, he effectively meets any company's recruiting needs and assists developing and culling talent that will drive a company towards its goals. Furthermore, Bernard develops highly successful quality business programs via mystery shopping. He is a New Orleans native and graduated from Loyola University 1992.
