Qualifications:
Knowledge/Experience
| 1. | A minimum of 2 years of working experience and 2 solid years of continuous employment in a corporate environment |
| 2. | Some college or on the job training and/or extensive management, culinary school |
| 3. | Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge. |
| 4. | Basic p/l experience and knowledge |
| 5. | Knowledge of basic training techniques |
| 6. | Awareness of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws. |
| 7. | Understanding of proper use and maintenance of restaurant and kitchen equipment |
| 8. | ServSafe a plus |
| 9. | Computer competency |
